Any purchase from these unauthorized online retailers mostly across the borders is not under proper warranty. Also the products offered from these unauthorized retailers may be counterfeit, defective, damaged etc. which is not covered by our warranty service.

Customers are encouraged to purchase Fostex products through authorized retailers to receive authentic products with proper warranty and after-sales service and care from our distributors. For confirmation of authorized dealers, please contact with our distributor in the country where customers will purchase Fostex products.
